I have seen for some that there first weekly cleaning only took 15 mins.Mine took a hour here's what I did.First put plastic covering the burn pot so when I used my brush around no fine debris would fall in the little holes. After that removed flame guards and cleaned them.then removed right side clip didn't bother with left was able to used tube attachment to clean there. Then vacuumed every wear and lower right air passage being careful to not jam vac for fear of bending fan blades. Then removed ash pan then vacuumed there. Then I put the brush attachment then removed plastic ThenBurn pot vacuumed. Then got a flat head and scraped lower inner of burn pot (lots of junk there )Then with a alen wrench cleaned each little hole in pot.(these seemed fine)then removed plate to burned pot and banged burn pot.( there was a bit of ash In the corners)used my tube attachment to my cheetah vac and got in inner corners. Then did after putting everything back used brush attachment to vacuum side and front top vents wear air flows through.then hit the glass last. When all done did my test run to get some pellets in there and now she's looks happy happy.wonder how long my monthly cleaning will be.Just wanted to share. Im sure some will say this is over kill but I enjoyed it lol
