I'm not going to assume anything.
Depends on the Grandma, and If wall material is combustible;
Pre UL , III, IV or after with shield?
Top vent or Rear vent ?
Clearance to Back wall, Side wall or Corner installation?

The answer to those 3 questions could give an unprotected clearance of 36, 39 1/2 or 42 inches (given in correct manual) to start the reduction calculation with the stove board attached as an approved heat shield allowing maximum 66% reduction.

Reducing clearance may become a factor with single wall pipe clearance to wall.
