fixed or variable speed circulator???

Hey guys, I'm finishing up an in floor hydronic setup. All tubing is in. I'm running the Takagi LP tankless https://www.supplyhouse.com/Takagi-...ss-High-Efficiency-Condensing-Water-Heater-LP

There are will be 2 zones (at first) with this manifold

I still need:

Circulator pump
zone control valve
zone controler
thermostats

I'm reading lots of good things about the Taco products. Should I go with the Delta T variable speed circulator and a zone valve, or 2 seperate single speed circulators??

Anything else you guys can think of??? Any input would be greatly appreciated thanks!!

also, can I run any thermostat?

EDIT: I just read this from the manual: "*The recirculation pump is to be controlled by: -Dual-set aquastat (recommended w/timer) *The recirculation pump is to provide no less than 2 GPM (7.5 L/min) and no more than 4 GPM (15 L/min) through each activated unit in the system."

Before i put my high efficiency heat pump in I was strongly considering a ground source system, at the time my food service company was active and i was going to be able to buy the system. This is a controlled business and if you arent a dealer it is impossible to buy one outright things may have changed. Even doing it myself I couldnt get a return on investment to come out so I gave up on it! I admire your work if you have figured this out on your own!!

yeah the new condensing tankless units are 94% efficient :
Next year I will probably look at heat pumps for cooling. I'm not sure the geothermal units are even worth the money yet, they are still 4 times the price of a brand new(super high seer rated) air/air unit.
