I just read through the whole series of threads NewtownPA went through installing a liner.

After months of research, I think I have decided what I want to do as my setup is almost identical to the one in the thread above.
Currently I have an Avalon Ranier with about a 5 foot section of flex pipe installed through a blockoff plate that ends in the chimney just above where the damper would be. This works fine and drafts OK (just OK) but is a royal pain to clean.
I want to install a 6" flex liner all the way to the top to help the draft and to make it easier to clean properly.
My question is I only have about 18 feet from the top of the stove to the cap on the chimney, mostly exterior. Is this tall enough for a 6" liner to draft?
The current direct vent is decent but I would like to go from a night and weekend to a full time burner. This stove isn't big enough to heat the whole house but it will definitely help.
Also Newtown, if you read this, what brand liner did you finally go with? Sorry but I couldn't find what your final decisions was.
