Forgot the problem that's puzzling me...about the Tarm

Well that was dumb of me. So in the previous thread, the issue is: My boiler temp can be around 175 - 180 but the oil boiler fires up. It does this whenever the tank temp is below somewhere in the 140s.

I thought the draw was supposed to be on the boiler until is could no longer keep up, and then the draw would be from the tank. Am I confused here?
