Hello,

We just moved to a new house and left our Woodstock soapstone progress hybrid behind. The new place has a 2008 FPX extraordinaire 44 insert/stove. I had a similar stove 6 years ago and I recall the blower being more forceful. There’s a rheostat adjuster to control blower speed, but there’s minimal difference between the low and high settings. I just took the metal screen off the outside air inlet expecting to find a filter there which I could change, but there’s isn’t one. Is there a filter in the blower or somewhere else?

The airflow seems low, but that may just be me misremembering my old stove.

Thanks,
Adam
