What a run around for the Somersets. I called on 11/19 and ordered 2 more tons of Somersets to be delivered that Saturday. Saturday comes only to have them call me and tell me they are short drivers and need to reschedule(little annoyed,but ok). They reschedule for Friday which is when I work from home so I can be here. Friday comes(today) and I wait all day wondering where the hell they are, so I call and get put on hold, then I get transferred and hung up on. I call back and the girl tells me they need to reschedule "I go WTF...again,this is the second time now", so she tells me to hold on a sec. The phone transfers and I get the head cashier who apparently just walked in and now (get this) she's annoyed that I got transferred to her. I go, talk to those idiots who transferred me over here, not me. NOW I get transferred back and hung up on again.....so I call back and ask for a manager and rip him a little. He tells me it was pushed out because of no driver, so I laughed and said you guys said that same chit on Saturday am I ever getting these freaking pellets. So now it is rescheduled for Tuesday AND after they supposedly get delivered I need to call the manager and he'll refund my delivery fee. If it gets pushed again, I'm gonna say screw this batch of Somersets I'll pay a little extra and go for the Hamers which are way more local to me. Might pay more, but I know I'll get em. What a difference of experiences between the first set of Somersets and the second. UNREAL! Lowes Sux!
