Had Bicep Tenodisis done in April....limited to 5 lbs. of weight for at least another 6 weeks

Had some issues with Bone Spurs starting to cut into Rotator Cuff, so while they had me in for the Bicep Tenodisis, they ground down the Bone Spurs....the recovery is taking too long for my liking, but not much I can do about it now....Thanks for the speedy recovery wishes
