Hi all....I'm going to Home Depot tomorrow to buy the 25PVDC. One of the questions I have is about the vent....about the only place I have to install the stove in my living room is between two french doors that go out to my deck. How far above the eave do I have to run the vent? I have more questions....but I'll start off slow!
Thanks for any and all replies

Planning a stove install is the first thing to do. Get a plan. Review it with the code inspectior in your area when you get a permit to install your stove.

Could you take photos of the place you want your stove inside the house and out. Or draw a floor plan. And post them.

Read the manual and follow it exactly.

There are clearance issues regarding doors and windows, make sure you can meet or exceed.

Driftwood is correct PLANNING needs to be the FIRST step.

Thanks for the replys. I do have a plan in my head, and I will get it on paper and discuss it with the building inspector. In the meantime, I'll post some pics of where I plan on installing the stove, hopefully I can get them posted after I get home from work tomorrow. Thanks again!
