Hello I am in need of a gasket for door and window. I have tried customer service via email and phone and get no answer. Is the business still in business. If not where can I obtain parts. Thank you

Golden Eagle are basically renamed Breckwells. Most parts can be had from the Breckwell site if you match yours to one of the breckwell models. IIRC you manual will carry the part numbers needed and the Breckwells will carry the same part numbers

Golden Eagle is a Breckwell Big E. Should help you find the parts you need. Glass gasket is a C-G-033.

Golden Eagle was bought out by USSC. The models have been changed around. You can try 800-750-2723 for parts. What model GE is it?
