Does anybody have any experience with this brand of pellets? I bought 2 ton on the recommendation of the local stove shop and the previous tenant. I'm not sure how great they are because I've never run a pellet stove before. There seems to be a lot of ash floating around, enough to start accumulating only the bottom of the front glass after about 5 bags. I've got the feed rate on 3 out of 5 right now and am getting a reading of about 400 degrees in and around the pot. Any feedback is appreciated!

They are put out by Bear Mountain. Ratings of 8,700btu with 0.15%ash. Douglas fir pellet but supposedly can have a bit of red cedar mix.
Can't go wrong if the price is right

Well thought of by those who use them. Several positive reviews by community here.

Do they go by another name? I tried to search them but didn't get any results.

Sorry, I confused it with Golden Pellets from Energex. Here are reviews from another site:

Just an update for anybody searching. I talked to a stove dealer the other day and asked him about this brand. He said it used to be a very good brand, but lately the mixture has changed and he doesn't consider it the best anymore. I'll continue to burn my 2 tons, but I can't give a great review since this is my first year with a pellet stove.
