I removed the sagging air tubes from my HI300 and brought them to the dealer for warranty replacement in June but as of yesterday new ones have not arrived. Can anyone tell me whether or not these are available from the OEM? Is there another source in case they don't come soon?

The dealer has a floor model I've got my eye on just in case.

Thanks!

Replacements are available from your local hearthshop.
The part number should be in your owner's manual.

yeah they are available we generally dont have issues getting them. I would call your dealer and push on them some.
