Hi all,
First time using the fireplace in 5 years. I'm turning on the gas and using a match to light, but no go. I'm looking for a pilot light or something but can't find one. Any ideas here? You can hear the gas once you rotate the gas key.

It's a model GRC 16.

Thanks,

Who manufactured it? Can you post a pic of what you have?
