i just picked up a used p38, is there anyway to determine the date it was made?

I think you can ask them through Facebook....if you have that sort of thing. They'll need the ser#

Try calling the company or sending an email with the serial number... Doesn't seem to be anyplace on the website to check years of manufacture by serial no.
