We have the Accentra 2 , had the igniter replaced when start times went from too long to not at all. Now the same thing happens with the new one.
Pellets get warm but no flame. We clean out under the igniter.

So you actually have 2 problems(maybe more?).Your first post of a problem is probably related.Low airflow is usually the problem for what you describe.Clean all the holes out in the firepot,a drill bit works well.Clean the stove, and the intake air system, and the exhaust/flue,completely.Have seen many times where a birds nest is partially blocking the exhaust, even saw a wasp nest once.

Thanks,
Have only been cleaning holes with a thin wire, will try drill bit or that other thing.

Haven't cleaned the fan intake area in a while.

What did you mean, the pot problem is related to the igniter problem?

It takes quite a bit of airflow to ignite pellets, and keep them burning.By hand drill through the holes in the burnpot, change sizes, untill you are hitting metal on the sides. That is how big all the holes are supposed to be
