Been debating on moving my Harman out of my trophy/movie room and into our basement. I've read some threads on here but figured I would ask what everyone thinks. The room it is in now is kinda closed off from the house, about 200 sq ft between the garage and house. Basement is open and unfinished. 2500 sqft cape cod not including the basement. Our Hitzer insert does a fine job keeping the upstairs warm. My thought was the p68 would serve a better purpose in the basement with a smaller unit in the room mentioned earlier. Thoughts?

A 68 seems to be over kill for what seems to be a smaller area and 2500 ft basement would probably easily be heated by the P68. To bad your not closer as a nice PC45 came up for $500. Dual fuel in your area seems to be a smart option with corn at around $130 per ton.
