Hi!! I've got a 2007 Harman XXV. Since 1 month, the stove is running dirty. The glass cannot stay clean for more dans few hours. After 3-4 hours, the auger stop to feed.

I make these step

1) Complete clean the stove
2)Complete clean the chimie
3) Test the control board on a specialised bechtest and everything is fine.

What can I do non?

Can it be a vaccum problem?

Thanks for your help.

Are you getting error codes(s) when it stops running?

Sounds like plugged exhaust channels, sorted up exhaust fan blades, dirty or damaged exhaust sensing probe.

Have you pulled out exhaust fan to check and clean for ash build up?

Could also be bad gaskets causing air leaks, intermittent vacuum switch, fines box door not seated properly.

Might be an intake air problem as well

The exhaust fan is clean and I forgot to say that the ESP probe is brand New.

I will replace the door and ash pan gasket and check for the error code on the control board.

Thanks.

I put the Shopvac inside to take everything but I will try to push some air in.

Do you have an outside air kit installed?

ok it’ll be a bit easier for you to check the flapper on the air intake to make sure it’s moving freely, if it’s not, just lube it with 3in1 oil and move it through the full range of motion
