So my 2017 xxv is not shutting down and burns out of control- I cleaned stove, vent , changed the esp, circuit board and then updated software- still not fixed- wth! I contacted Harman today with the written form they now require as opposed to a help line! IMHO I’m surprised a home or two hasn’t burned yet- Any opinions out there would help.
