I was just about to ditch my St Croix Greenfield this winter after corn being at crazy prices the past 2 years. Now I see that Corn futures are way down and still falling (ethanol having to compete with <$70 crude). Has anyone actually tried to buy corn at a local farmer or feed mill recently ? I remember our local feedmill raising prices ahead of the futures market and not reducing them when the market fell. I would be curious about your experiences.

Here in Colorado corn has gone down $.80 / 100 in the past month last I checked it was $9.20 / 100lb. With oil still going down I am sure it will go down more following oil prices.
