We just moved to a home with hearthstone 8391 in the basement. The ashtray handle is stuck and there is an open hole in the back where you would connect an outside air kit. I tried using it but smoke billows out of that hole. Should it be covered? Any good way to unstick ashpan handle? It hasn't been used in a while. Thanks!
