Had a brand new heat and glow i30 supreme installed today but the remote doesn’t work properly. I synced it, reset the module a couple of times but still it doesn’t show the lights and fan (both were installed and can be turned on manually) although it WILL turn the unit on and off and change flame height.

any ideas? Thanks
