I recently installed a new gas insert (propane)
I am really pleased with this insert.
There is one issue that I am trying to resolve.
I have the "cold climate pilot mode" activated.
There is a "beep" coming from the appliance two times a day once at around 5:30 AM, and again around 5:30 PM.
I have turned off the "cold climate mode" and the Beep goes away.
I have the ir-400 remote.
Heat and GLO customer support has been unhelpful and wants me to contact a service repair person.
The system is operating just fine in every other way.
Any help will be appreciated.
