Heat Recovery
If your house was built anytime after the late 90's chances are you have a heat recovery ventilation system that exchanges outside and inside air. But there's been a problem with the device that does that...it could cause your house to go up in flames.

The motors are starting house fires. Get the model and serial number off the unit and call the manufacture about recalls. Also the motors burn out with age 6 to 7 years. Call the manufacture.
