Help finding hart and Cooley adapter

I've looked online and called around locally and can't find a td to tlc adapter. Hart and Cooley part number 8td- tlc-a. I can not find it anywhere and the quickest one place could have it to me is 4 weeks. Anyone know where I can get one sooner?

Did you find anything? Where was the place that you DID find? I can wait 2 weeks if necessary.
