Help identify this stove

Good afternoon everyone. I came across this stove out of state but I am intrigued as I've never seen anything like it. Google didn't help either. It's got a "NO 126" right in front of the flue outlet. The entire cook top pivots to one side.

Cool looking, it's a new one for me. Looks '30s deco styled. There is probably a foundry mark or name on one of the castings.

Its definitely unique. I've never seen a cooktop pivot in the manner this one does. In one of the pictures there appears to be a tag riveted on which I assume would've been the ID tag but the seller says its painted over. I encouraged him to try and lightly brush the paint off with steel wool. We will see if he's able to get anywhere.

I have seen rotating tops like that allot. The style is very unique on that type of stove though. Definitely looks like 30s aesthetics on a stove that was outdated by then
