Help Identifying model/year + checking flue collar interior for missing parts (Moxee, WA build)

Hi all,

I've got an older Blaze King "King" stove and I'm trying to nail down the exact model/year and make sure nothing's missing internally before I put it into service.

What I know so far from the rating tag: UL-listed solid fuel room heater, labeled "BLAZE KING CATALYST STOVE," manufactured by Blaze Northwest, Inc., 601 Postma Road, Moxee, WA 98936, under a licensee agreement with Woodcutters Mfg., Inc. of Walla Walla, WA. The handwritten model field is illegible in my photo, but the clearance chart on the tag references the KEJ-1100. The flue collar measures right around 8", and the stove has the old-style bottom-hinged door with two wood handles.

Questions:

1. Can anyone confirm the model and approximate year from the tag photo?
2. I looked down the flue collar opening (photo attached) and can see a rectangular structure partway down inside. Is that the normal exhaust manifold/shroud casting, or does it look like something's missing, cracked, or rusted through? I want to make sure the flue path is intact before I put this into service.

That thing inside the flue looks like a bypass door they have in modern stoves. Is there a handle on one of the sides?

Thanks for the reply. I believe there is a handle on the side. I actually haven't taken possession yet. I was told there is a handle and my finalizing the purchase depends on it. I assume the image is of the bypass. My hope is the bypass door is still functional and isn't rusted or bent beyond repair. If for any reason that part needs to be replaced, is it possible anyone still makes those parts? I know it's unlikely.
