Help - Lennox Montage Not Powering On

Came home this afternoon to an empty hopper, stove still warm. Opened door, cleaned out ash pot refilled hopper. Left for a few hours and came home this evening; temp was too low in the house. I keep pressing "START" but all I get is a click, but no lights, fans, auger ...dead. I tried jumping vacuum sensor, low-limit, & hopper lid switch. The high limit ("auto-reset"?) above room air blower is not connected (never was from factory). And the high limit ("auto-reset"?)above ash pan is a pain in the (_I_) to reach. Just figured I'd ask if there's any "other" legitimate reason for no power at all. It's wired to a wall mounted thermostat, but I tried disconnecting that and jumping terminals but the same condition exists. Thanks in advance.

Did you check the circuit breaker that feeds the outlet your stove plugs into?

Yes. Like I said...I can hear a "click" every time I press the START button, but there's no lights, fan, augers. The outlet above powers an air purifier and it's working just fine.

Is there a reset sequence that you have to follow to clear a out of fuel error condition?

I'd be concerned about operating a stove with one of its safeties disconnected and what is the state of the wiring going to that switch?

I don't know if there's a reset procedure. The wiring looks fine; two quick connect clips to the control board. Tried unplugging both, reconnecting to no avail. I'm going to remove the board to see if there's a fuse.

Ok, just tried jumping the limit switch above the ash pan with no luck. Guess it's the board?

On board fuse looks like it could be the culprit. Maybe a bad ignitor tripped it? But the ignitor fuse is clean... I'm going to pick up a couple of fuses in the a.m. and see what happens. Gotta love propane...strictly as a backup. Thanks to all for the help!

There is a fuse at the bottom of the control board. See photo, but like you say, the board must have power, since you hear the clicking sound.

Can you make it "click" numerous times by pressing the start button, or do you need to unplug the stove from the outlet for each "click"?
Depending on your answer to the above question, the diagnosis can point in these two directions...

1: If you need to unplug to stove in order to reset the electronics, then the control circuitry before the bypass relay is healthy, but the bypass relay is most likely the culprit ( e.g. burnt internal contacts ).
2: If you can make it click numerous times while the stove is plugged, then something serious is wrong in the circuitry before the bypass relay.

BTW, the control board and wiring in your Montage is almost similar to what is installed in my Quest Plus, although the Quest Plus is almost ten years older... I guess Lennox must have skipped the photo eye set up and returned to this very reliable and well proven system.
A new control board is $370, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's only a faulty bypass relay.
Here you can see the pcb of the control in my stove. Note the two Zettler relays. One is for the igniter, and the other is for bypassing the low limit switch at start up:

Thanks for all the great info! The fuse is toast. I'm going to grab a few on my way back home tonight and try to fire the stove up. If another pops, what could be the likely cause?

Control board fuse was indeed the cause. It's running for now, but I expect that I just treated a symptom & not the cause of the stove shutdown. I think I'll order up a spare igniter to have on hand if/when this new fuse blows. At least it wasn't the board, whew! Thanks again to all who responded, and please Have a Happy New Year!
