Can anyone help is identify this wood furnace it was bought in northern indiana in 1981.. thank you in advance

Not sure what it is, but there should be proper NFPA 211 heat shielding on the drywall walls. Otherwise, the clearance for this unit is 36" from the nearest combustibles. The drywall and the studs behind it are combustibles. Proper heat shielding can reduce this clearance requirement down to 12".

thank you we have 5/8 fireblock drywall up now. and it is set 18 inches away from any walls but will look into added a heat shield type thing
