I have a Thelin Parlor Gnome manufacture date 02-2007. I replaced the mother board and fan last year. now I am having other problems. the fan, low, med, and high buttons all have same speed and the auger is not turning. switch panel lights up but LED on low, med , and high blink. the clean button works as it always did. Ive cleaned pellets form auger there was no obstruction. Any help is appreciated.

If you are talking about the fan speed on startup, it always starts on low and fan speed will not go higher until the stove is up to temperature. Does the auger never turn or are you saying that it doesn't turn when you first switch the stove on? It takes about 45 seconds after you turn it on before the auger starts turning. The easiest way to test the auger is to remove the motor and hook it to a car battery temporarily. Then let us know the results and maybe we can get you more help.

thanks for responding so quickly. The fan being the same speed until warm up makes sense. that tells me the auger is not feeding. Its not working at all. You stated i can put a battery to the auger motor I will try that today.
Thanks
