Hello!!

I have an Ashley 5660L pellet stove. It hasn't even been two months since I had it installed. It was running fine for the first two weeks. Then it started spewing out pellets by the bunches. I was cleaning it out and vacuuming everything on a daily basis. My auger is not turning. The motor is still working. US Stove says I have to remove the auger completely. I have talked to several different people at US Stove and I've been told that I have to remove the auger from the top through the hopper. They told me I have to remove the screws and hi-temp silicone from the top cover. I talked to other people at US Stove and they told me that I have to take it out from the back by removing the auger motor. I have done that and can't take the bushing or auger out. Do I need special tools?? What do I do? I have been on the phone with US Stove over 20 times this week and no one seems to be able to help. I would sure appreciate any help. Thank you.
