Help with trailer value?

I'm trying to determine a fair price on a used haulmark enclosed trailer. It's a 6x10 2009 Transport DLX with side door and gate doors (not a ramp) on the rear. Good condition. The 2018 model is running around $3200 around here.

Tough to say without seeing it, but I would guess $1000- $1500 range.

50% of current online price (not MSRP)
-10% per year old
-10% for damage
+10-30% for Rare/High-demand item

Some things seem to carry their value (especially trailers & splitters), so I would say between $1100-$1500 would be a good buy for someone.
