So we've been burning in the HI300 for a few nights now. Man this thing really can throw some heat! Questions on loading it to the max for a long burn:
1. What size splits do you load?
2. What orientation?
3. How many of them?
4. Got a pic of the stove loaded up?
5. How long do you wait before shutting the air control down?
One final question, is there something inside temperature control that would sound like a piece of sheet metal dropping? It seems to happen as the stove is heating up or cooling down.
I'm running it at around 400-450 with the air control shut down. I guess my woods seasoned well
