homemade baffles

I want to make my own set of new cement baffles for my Napolean 1100P woodstove.
What refractory cement should I use to cast my new panels.??They will include wire re enforcement to stiffen them up and maybe a steel bottom to prevent damaging them with any implements..my current baffles are holed and chipped...
