How long will a 100-Watt Portable 40800mAh CPAP Battery Pack power a small fan?

This is so exciting, I'm new to the forums and this is my first post!
We're gearing up for the next Hurricane (may it NOT come speedily in our days) and the main concern for being without power (besides the obvious survival issues that we've got covered) is my wife not overheating. She thinks she'll be ok if she has a small fan even if the AC is out for weeks. We're planning on ordering a pedal generator https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EZS8VQS/?tag=hearthamazon-20
and a battery... perhaps this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M3S00H0/?tag=hearthamazon-20
it's described as a 100-Watt Portable Generator Power Inverter, 40800mAh CPAP Battery Pack
So, the question is, how long would the power held in the battery run a small fan, perhaps one that consumes 20w. 0.17a, like this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000U9V47E/?tag=hearthamazon-20

While I'm tapping into your experienced minds, can you determine how long I would need to use the pedal charger to fill up the battery?
THANKS!!!!
Aaron

No information in the paperwork? Also check out the 70+ answered questions on the amazon page that offers it to get info on others personal experience with it. Or even ask a question yourself.

The info on the battery shows 150Wh at 3.7V. At 100% discharge and 100% efficiency in stepping up the voltage for the fan to 120V at 20W, you will get about 7.5 hours of fan operation: 150Wh/20W. Of course, that efficiency will not be realized. Maybe estimate about 3-5 hours.
