I started another thread about buying an old Lopi Liberty, but this is more of a question about the chimney run that stove would require.

In order to get the necessary clearances, I would need to position the stove such that instead of a perfect vertical run from flue connector to the ceiling box, the flue would be situated forward about 8-9". This would necessitate adding a couple of elbows in the connector pipe (DuraVent DVL) to achieve the 8" offset. I was hoping that I could do that using a pair of 15-degree elbows, but it appears that the only available DVL elbows are 45-degrees. Their chart shows that I can get an 8-3/4" offset using the 2 elbows with a 6" length in between. Doable but not ideal.

I already have a pair of 15-degree elbows in the attic space (DuraVent DuraTech up there). I'm worried that having TWO pairs of elbows (one pair of 15s and one pair of 45s) might make chimney sweeping difficult. The total run will be around 20' from stove top to chimney cap.

What say you stove wizards -- deal killer or no biggie?
