How to build stove platform (links, howtos)?

I'll be receiving the 5700 next week and this weekend I'd like to build a platform to put the stove on. Anyone have any good advice on how it needs to be constructed? There's probably a thread somewhere that has all the details ;-)

This has clearances and R-values specifically for the Fireview (make sure to follow your stove manufacturer's recommendations) but it is good for general construction info for ideas.
