How to get UL code 50-SNC13 for insurance

I am so new to this forum and new as an upcoming owner of a place with a wood burning stove. We close next week on a log cabin that has a newly remodeled basement with a Summers Heat 50-SNC12 wood burning stove. The insurance company asked for the UL number. I took pictures of the stove and could not locate anything with a UL number. Does anyone know how I can obtain the UL code?

It is relatively a new unit installed 2019. I appreciate if you could point me in the right direction.

First thank you for responding. Ok real silly question. Did you see the UL label in any of the pictures I attached in my initial post. I sure hope so. Thank you!

Looks like picture 5 gives the verbiage in English--bottom of the paragraph you can see that it mentions the UL test number.
