In the city where the garage was rebuilt it was grandfathered so we needed to stick to the old footprint of the concrete pad . New car is 8 inches longer so we needed a bump out .

It wasn't a rule, yet a stipulation. It helps if self hauled. But a 10 ton load, that's delivered, still qualifies. Still before 1st frost and he has 3 stoves (All Quad CB 1200's) So he is alright in my book .

If you use your vehicle, and abuse it and/or yourself in the process, it helps. Especially if your right at 3 ton mark. But having more than 1 stove (OP has 3 Quads), or having additional tonnage (10 ton) will do it..
