ID this wood furnace

Hello, I bought this home with this wood furnace in the basement and I’m just looking for what the model/make is. I’m trying to find out how to use it since it’s hooked up to my natgas furnace ducting. Previous homeowner used it and had no complaints. Chimney swept/inspected a year and a half ago. Thanks for looking

Have more pics? Like maybe some shots of the whole thing from different angles...
 
Here’s the back that goes to the chimney, it has a damper on the pipe, and the side with in is connected to the return ducts of the house that the natural gas furnace uses and then there’s three ducts the come out of the top of the wood furnace which is connected to the outlets in the house that the natural gas furnaces uses.

Man, I have no idea what that is...old for sure though!
I'd say the previous owner is your best resource.
If you want to heat with wood, I'd replace it...insurance company might require it anyways.
