As others have said they tend to be ashy but burn nice. I've noticed they are more darker then other brands... Not sure if its more bark then other brands but I'd assume so...Improvement over the pellets of same brand two seasons ago.

Tried a couple bags this week for the first time and seem to look and burn well. Normally use Somersets last few years and still have plenty but just wanted to try something new. Any feedback from the forum good or bad?
Here in Wisconsin, TSC pellets are rebagged Indecks.. Hard to tell what will be available (TSC bagging their own). Probably will try a ton of Indeck Energy next unless I can get Somersets.
I purchased a ton of Indeck pellets this year but have yet to burn them but my intentions are to clean out the stove this weekend and test them.. Will let you know how it goes.. Been burning Marth Pellets both Premium Hardwood and Super Premium softwood pine.. They seem to burn well especially the pine but curious myself on the Indeck. I live a few miles from the Marth plant so they are pretty prevalent around me.Here in Wisconsin, TSC pellets are rebagged Indecks.
Thanks, they start new workers out at $15 an hour plus they have good bennies, not bad for the northland up here... and I have looked on their web page and I see they have a lot of ethanol plants throughout the Midwest and they also make fire tube boilers. It would be a 34 mile drive each way to their plant but that’s the way it is where I live, in Winter Wisconsin.... there are no good FT jobs here in town and the towns with good jobs are in the 30-40 mile distance range from here. I have some of the plant maintenance skills they’re looking for so I have my hopes up high...Good luck! Indeck is a pretty big outfit with fingers in a lot of pies in energy production.
For some reason their pellets have become scarce in the big-box stores in southeast Wisconsin ... not sure why.
Yeah it’s a nice town and a hub for us with it’s Walmart and other commerce. I’m there often.I worked in Medford, Wis., 40 years ago -- I remember the window factories there used to draw employees from miles around. My neighbor in the duplex I rented was dating a woman from Tony -- that had to be a 120-mile round trip for him.
I was through Ladysmith a couple years back -- had lunch with the editor of the local paper, an old friend. The Flambeau River gives the town some pleasant scenery.
