Hello - surprised I haven't been able to find an answer to this question.

We have a masonry fireplace with a throat damper. Is there an adapter to pass the B vent style tubing through a 5" throat damper?

Thanks for any help.

Do those things come apart so they can come out?

The damper is removable.
I guess there would not be enough room for your vent pipe to pass through?
I had a gas fireplace installed once into a masonry chimney, and I they just used a SS liner.

How big is your bvent liner? Virtually every one I've seen are 4"
