Does anyone know if some parts from one stove can be interchanged from another brand? Looking at several parts online some seem to look alike but with no measurements you cannot tell if they are the same. I think these stove manufacturers probably order parts or have parts sent to there plants where they install on the their models.

some manufacturers may buy 'off the shelf' parts
like fans etc...and even some control boards may be...
in which case then yes..

I think that some of the temp sensors might be the same. I believe that there are only a few companies like Honeywell that manufacture them.
