Dell Point DC-2000 broken, no parts, no repairmen

Hi all! I have long been a car forum enthusiast and now look to source weirdly specific knowledge about pellet stoves from the hidden experts.

I have a Dell Point DC 2000 in my high mountain-town home. The auger is not functional. A repair person we got to drive to our home said it may be a control board issue, but he couldn't find parts. Does anyone here know any Dell Point experts, or know where parts can be sourced?
I am now in a time crunch as we need to sell our home, and information on this brand seems to be sparse at best.
