Hi, can anyone let us know how to get this out to clean? We think it is a baffle plate. It is VERY heavy. You cannot lift it up as it seem to be resting on the side bricks and has metal grooves (thin rail) above the sides. We live in a rural area and called the closest fireplace store and they had never heard of a system like we have. This is an insert, with doors on each side. Thanks in advance for any help!

Usually the UL testing label is on the back of the stove, but this looks like a double sided model. Is it a free stannding stove?

Please post pictures that show the whole stove from both door sides.

Looks like it’s held in by the refractory panels and bricks.

Be very careful removing them. Are replacements available?
