Is this a good stove and price?

Just bought a house with a 30x50x20 insulated pole shop. I need to get a wood stove capable of heating it up this winter during football games. Came across this one on craigslist. He wants $600 but can probably get it for $500.00. Looks to be in very good condition. A buddy has a similar stove in his shop and it seems to do just fine heating a large space. Looks very similar to Fisher? is there benifits to either Schrader or Fisher. Anything I need to know about the intallation?

It's a big old beast, built like a tank, but not legal for resale in WA state and not very efficient. Looks like it may be a fireplace insert and not designed for freestanding operation. If it has an 8" flue that is another strike against it. For comparison you can get a new Englander 30NC or 50SSW02 for under $1000 that will be new and heat well. Drolet also makes some affordable 3 cu ft stoves that would be worth considering. The additional cost will be somewhat offset by the reduced cost of a 6" flue system vs an 8" one for the Schrader.
