Yesterday the side door of my Equinox popped open. The door will not stay latched when the handle is fully turned shut. I have to keep the handle at 11 o'clock to keep it shut. I don't think it is fully sealed at that point. Any advice on adjusting it?

Thanks, Jeff

Check the setscrew on the handle to see if it is loose. According to the manual, rotating the handle adjusts the spring tension.

"2. Loosen the setscrew and rotate the handle assembly to increase or decrease spring pressure."

The Quad model Yosemite has an issue like this. When people *think* the front door is fully shut it will pop open by itself. It is in fact caused by people over tightening the handle and then the weight of the door and pressure causes it to flop open when hot. When the handle is closed just enough till you feel it hit the stopper it seems like its not closed all the way, but it is.

Not sure if you stove has this same odd door latch style or not.

That sounds like what has happened. I also adjusted the handle last night and it seems much better. Thanks for the tips!!!
