I've lost the spark!

My Poulan 2375 Wildthing is a &**&%$%
I had some spark ..not great.
I installed the coil/flywheel kit ..... now no spark..
What have I done wrong?

Did you connect the kill switch properly, is something shorted, did you set a proper air gap between the coil and magnet?

Is there a set place on the shaft for the flywheel (no key setup) ?
That was One thought.
Second I did use a business card for gap.
This helps to see were I went wrong.

There is absolutely a correct position for the flywheel. Looking at pics of that flywheel on eBay and the like, the key is cast into the bore.
 
Business card is good for the gap.
