Traded for this and failed to realize it is basically a Homelite 300. It has been years since I worked on a Homelite and had no experience with the plastic ones.
Anyhow, I need to remove the clutch and this one has a retaining nut. It is nylex and is flush with the crank threads. ALL chainsaws I have worked on have LH thread. 90% sure this is LH but it won't budge.
Don't want to twist the crank!
Can anyone tell me for certain it is LH thread?
