Question:

We have recently remodeled our den and removed a Jotul #1 Combifire stove. It is in virtually new condition; the previous owners apparently seldom used it. How rare is this model and what is a reasonable price to ask for it?

Answer:

It depends on whether someone wants it or not. Sold for $450-900 new, depending on when it was purchased, would be a good deal for someone at $250 or so if it;s in that kind of condition..maybe more to a willing buyer.
