I have a Jotul 3 series wood stove that is approx. 14 years old. The bottom burn plate or grate is in need of replacing. Is there an easy way to do this. This is the ash pan version.
Thanks
If the 3 is like the current F3, that grate is an integral part of the base of the stove. Yeah it can be replaced but ain't gonna be cheap and I have taken an F3 apart and put it back together and it is a job.
Used the ash pan door to heat up the fire did we? That will wreck a stove every time.
